My best pal Phoebe was in town and we bopped around on S. Congress. We know South Congress isn’t as cute these days but somehow Big Top is still there! And they make this popcorn which an employee told me is two to three batches of buttered popcorn to one batch of caramel corn? We saw the caramel corn being freshly popped—It smelled so good.
